The local one who shows you how.
Get AI Working is Rory McNeil. One person, senior hands only, working face to face across the Blue Mountains, Penrith and Parramatta, and from Richmond down to Camden.
The businesses that need this most could never afford an agency.
Rory ran marketing for technology companies in Sydney and London before starting this. The unglamorous end of the discipline: marketing that had to prove it paid for itself, to people who would ask.
Then AI changed what one person can actually do. The past few years went into building an engine that carries the research, the campaigns, the content and the reporting, which is the part that used to need a department. That is what makes a fixed price possible on work an agency would quote monthly for.
The businesses in the towns around here have exactly the problems that engine solves, and have never once been able to justify the fee an agency would charge to solve them. That is the whole idea, and it is not complicated.
Six things we actually do. Rather than six things we say.
Every one of these is checkable somewhere on this site, which is the only reason to write them down. A values page nobody can test against the work is decoration.
- Telling you not to buy something is part of the product.
A guide, not a seller
The detail
There are four things on the Get Found page that we refuse to sell, and a whole section explaining why the evidence does not support them. A consultancy that says yes to everything is a price list.
- Look at any figure on this site and there is a footnote under it naming who published it, when, and how many people they asked.
Every number carries its source and its date
The detail
Where the only honest figure is American, it says so. Where it is Australian but old and small, the year and the sample size are printed beside it.
- The Sell More page has a calculator instead of a statistic, because no credible Australian figure exists for what a missed call costs and we went looking.
Where there is no honest number, we say so
The detail
Publishing the gap is more useful than filling it with something borrowed.
- No juniors, no account managers, nothing sent offshore.
Senior hands only
The detail
The person you meet on the first call is the person who does the work. That is a real constraint on how many clients we can take, and it is the right one.
- Your accounts, your passwords, your subscriptions at retail with no markup.
You own everything we build
The detail
There is no platform of ours in the middle of anything. If you stop working with us, it all keeps running, because none of it was ever running on us.
- Every engagement records where you started before anything changes, and measures the same way at 90 days.
Measured, or it did not happen
The detail
If a number did not move, you hear it from us first. That is the entire reason the scope is one page and not twelve.
Close enough to turn up.
Blaxland to Katoomba, down through Springwood and Glenbrook, across Penrith and Emu Plains, out to Parramatta, north to Richmond and Windsor, and south through Camden and the Macarthur. If you are in that arc, the first meeting can be at your counter rather than on a screen.
Turning up matters more than it sounds. Half of what is wrong in a small business is visible in ten minutes standing where the work happens, and invisible on a video call. It is also why the service area has an edge: past a certain drive it stops being a local business helping a local business and starts being a phone call with a longer invoice.
Find out whether we would be any use to you.
Half an hour, free, about your business rather than about AI. If the honest answer is that you do not need us, that is what you will hear, and you will get told what to do instead.
