How we help · three fixed-price projects

Start where it hurts most, not where the brochure starts.

Three projects, each aimed at one problem you already know you have. Pick whichever sounds most like your week. If none of them fits, say so on the call and we will scope the actual thing instead.

AI-generated scene. He depicts nobody, and the cafe is not a real business.

Three problems, three projects. In the order most businesses need them.

Each one starts with a symptom rather than a service, because nobody wakes up wanting local search optimisation. They wake up wondering why the phone is quiet.

01

Get Found

Four weeks, one off

from AU$990

“People nearby cannot find us, or they find somebody else first.”

Your Google listing rebuilt properly, a review routine your team can keep running, the handful of pages that do the explaining, and the directories made to agree with each other. Plus an honest account of what does and does not work for showing up in AI answers.

Best for: Trades, shops, kitchens and practices that live or die on somebody searching nearby.

02

Sell More

Four weeks, one off

from AU$1,790

“Enquiries arrive and go cold. Quotes go quiet and nobody chases them.”

Missed calls answered by text inside a minute, quote follow-ups that run on a schedule and stop the moment somebody replies, an honest after-hours answer, and every enquiry landing in one place. Set up under Australian consent law rather than the American assumptions baked into most tools.

Best for: Anybody who quotes for work, or whose phone rings while their hands are full.

Get More Done

Five weeks, one off

from AU$2,490

“The same thing gets typed into three systems and the admin eats the evenings.”

The repetitive week mapped first, then the parts worth automating: invoice chasing, receipt coding, the Monday numbers. Your accounting, quoting and email introduced to each other. Your people trained on live work, and one page of plain rules for what AI may touch.

Best for: Businesses where somebody capable is spending their Sunday on paperwork.

What is included, in detail

Starting prices. The final figure depends on the size of your business and what we agree in the scope, and you see it in writing before you commit to anything. Prices published because being coy about money wastes the first phone call.

A physiotherapist working through a shoulder exercise with an older patient in a small clinic room
A generated scene. They depict nobody, and the clinic is not a real business.
Who books these

Two to twenty people, and the owner still on the floor.

Trades, shops, kitchens, practices and service businesses. Places where the person who decides is also the person serving, quoting or under a sink, and where a decision has to pay for itself inside a quarter because there is no budget line for experiments.

Not start-ups, not head offices, and not businesses with a marketing department to hand this to. If you have one of those, most of what is on this site you can do yourselves, and we would tell you so.

Which one comes first.

Most businesses have more than one of these, and the order matters more than the choice. Automating replies to enquiries you are not getting is an expensive way to feel busy.

If this sounds like you Start with Why that order
The phone barely rings at all Get Found There is nothing to follow up yet. Fix the finding before the answering.
The phone rings but work still slips away Sell More You have demand and you are losing it between the enquiry and the reply.
You are flat out and drowning in admin Get More Done More enquiries would make your week worse. Get the hours back first.
All three, honestly Get Found Almost always. It is the cheapest, it is the one with the free platform behind it, and it makes the other two worth doing.
Whichever one you pick

Six things are true of every engagement.

These are not selling points bolted onto three different products. They are the same six commitments, in the same words, on every job we take, and they are the reason our scope documents are one page rather than twelve.

A free 30-minute conversation first
About your business, not about AI. If we do not believe we can help you, you hear it on that call rather than after an invoice, and we will point you somewhere useful instead.
One page of scope before anything starts
What we will do, what it costs, what we will measure, and exactly which of your data we would touch. In plain English, agreed before you commit to a dollar.
A baseline recorded on day one
Written down before anything changes, so what you get at 90 days is a comparison rather than a story. It also means we cannot quietly move the goalposts, and neither can you.
Everything built in accounts you own
Your passwords, your subscriptions, at retail, with no markup and no commission coming back to us. Nothing stops working the day you stop working with us.
Your people trained until it sticks
On your real work, with the person who will actually do the job rather than the owner who will pass it on. Training is booked as hours in the scope so it cannot get dropped when a build runs late.
No lock-in, at any point
One-off projects. No long contract, no percentage of anything, no minimum term. Staying close afterwards is optional, from AU$149 a month, and you can stop it whenever you like.
None of the three

Something specific is broken.

The three projects above are starting points rather than moulds, and plenty of the work we do does not fit any of them. A booking system nobody can use. A spreadsheet holding the whole business together. A report that takes somebody a day a month to assemble by hand.

Bring it to the free call. If AI can genuinely fix it we will scope it and quote it. If it cannot, we will say so, and quite often the answer is that the fix has nothing to do with AI at all. That is still a useful half hour and it still costs nothing.

How an engagement runs

Things we will tell you not to buy

  • A custom-built system, when connecting two tools you already pay for would do the same job for a tenth of the money.
  • A website rebuild, when the problem is a Google listing nobody has ever claimed.
  • Anything sold as answer engine optimisation. The evidence does not support it and the term has no measurable Australian search demand.
  • A monthly retainer, when what you actually need is a fortnight of work and then to be left alone.

Not sure which one fits.

That is exactly what the free chat is for. Half an hour about your business, no pitch, and a straight answer about which of these would be worth the money and which would not.
