How the work actually runs.
The how matters as much as the what. This is exactly how an engagement runs, the rules we hold ourselves to, the things we will not do, and what it costs you in hours as well as in money.
A guide, not a seller.
The AI industry is loud, and most of what it shouts at small businesses is either a fad or built for companies fifty times your size. The first job is translation: what is genuinely useful for a business like yours, what is a waste of your money, and which traps to walk around.
In practice that means telling you not to buy things, and doing it in public. There is a list on the Get Found page of four things we refuse to sell, with the evidence for why underneath each one. It also means starting with your business rather than with technology: what you sell, who buys it, where the hours go. AI comes second, and only where it earns its place.
Taught, not rented.
Plenty of providers will run AI for you, on their accounts, for a healthy monthly fee, and the day you stop paying it all disappears. That is a legitimate business model and it is not ours. Everything we set up runs in your accounts and belongs to you.
We train your people to run it, because a tool nobody in the building understands is a liability rather than an asset. Staying close afterwards is available if you want it, from AU$149 a month, and you can stop whenever you like. Hand-holding should be a service you choose rather than a dependency you are locked into.
The Switch-On Method.
Five steps, the same every time, so you always know what happens next and what is expected of you. It turns “we should probably look at AI” into something switched on and working inside a month.
- 01
Listen
A free 30-minute conversation about your business, not about AI.
The rest of this step
What you sell, how work arrives, where the hours disappear, what is driving you mad. If we do not believe we can genuinely help, you hear it on that call and get pointed somewhere useful. No pitch and no follow-up sequence hounding you afterwards.
- 02
Scope
One page in plain English: what we will do, what it costs, what we will measure, and exactly which of your data we may touch.
The rest of this step
Before anything starts we write down where you are today, so the result at the end is a number rather than a feeling. You read it before you commit to a dollar.
- 03
Build
Working tools set up inside the accounts you already own, mapped to how you already operate.
The rest of this step
Nothing you have to migrate into and no platform of ours in the middle. Where something genuinely needs a subscription it is yours, in your name, at retail, with no markup and no commission coming back to us.
- 04
Train
Whoever runs your front desk, your quoting or your books gets shown how to drive it, on your real work, until it sticks.
The rest of this step
Training is a deliverable with hours booked against it in the scope, which is what stops it being quietly dropped when a build runs late. You should never have to ring us to change a price or answer a review.
- 05
Measure
At 90 days we measure against day one and show you the before and after.
The rest of this step
If something did not move, you hear it from us before you notice it, along with what we think went wrong. An engagement that cannot show its own result should not have been sold.
What it costs you in hours. Not just in money.
For most owners the binding constraint is not the fee, it is finding the time to be involved at all. So here is the honest demand each engagement makes on your week. Nobody else in this market publishes this, and it is the number that decides whether you can start.
Nothing to prepare and nothing to bring.
of your time across four weeks, most of it in one sitting while we go through the listing with you.
across four weeks. The heaviest part is approving the wording, because nothing sends until you have read it.
across five weeks, and it is front-loaded: roughly two of them in the mapping week with whoever actually does the admin.
We bring the numbers; you tell us what actually changed in the business, which is the half we cannot measure.
If the honest answer is that you cannot spare those hours this quarter, say so on the call and we will tell you which single piece is worth doing on its own, or that you should ring back in three months. Starting badly is worse than starting later.
Your data, and the rules we work to.
These are commitments rather than aspirations, and they appear in the scope document you sign, which is what makes them enforceable rather than decorative.
- Nothing sensitive goes anywhere without a decision
- Customer details, financials and anything private only ever go into tools we have checked: business-grade services configured so your information is not used to train anybody’s models. Never the free consumer tiers, whatever a supplier tells you about them.
- You authorise it, in writing, before it happens
- The scope names exactly what data we may access and what it is for. Nothing outside that gets touched. When an engagement ends we delete what we hold, on request, and we will confirm in writing that we have.
- Your team gets rules they can actually follow
- One page, written for the person doing the job rather than for a lawyer: what may be pasted into an AI tool, what never should, what to do when an answer looks wrong, and who to ask. Every Get More Done engagement leaves you with it.
- Consent is captured at the point it is given
- Where we build anything that sends messages, we record where each contact came from and what they agreed to, at the moment they agree. Under the Spam Act the burden of proving consent sits with you, and a screenshot found six months later is not proof.
Eight things we will not do.
A list like this is only worth writing if breaking it would be obvious. Every one of these is checkable against how an engagement actually runs, and you are welcome to hold us to it.
- Lock you into a contract. Every ongoing arrangement can be stopped whenever you like, and there is no minimum term on anything.
- Sell you a tool you do not need. Where the free option does the job, that is the recommendation, and we say so in writing.
- Take a percentage of your advertising spend, or a commission from any software vendor. Both quietly change whose side the advice is on.
- Baffle you with jargon. If you need a glossary to read our advice, we have failed and you should say so.
- Promise a result we cannot measure. Every promise arrives with the number that will prove it, agreed before we start.
- Pretend AI replaces your people. We set it up to take the boring work so the people you have do more of the valuable kind.
- Hold your accounts hostage. Passwords, profiles, subscriptions and data are yours from the first day to the last.
- Do anything that needs a registration we do not hold. Lodging a BAS and giving tax advice both sit behind one, and neither is ours.
Something specific is broken.
Not everything fits a package, and it does not have to. If one job is eating your week, marketing-related or not, we scope it, quote it per job, and fix it. A booking system nobody can use. A spreadsheet holding the business together. A report somebody assembles by hand every month.
And if AI genuinely cannot fix it, you will hear that too, for free, on the first call. Quite often the real answer has nothing to do with AI at all, and knowing that is worth half an hour of anybody’s time.
Bring it to the free chatThe engine behind every engagement
We have built our own marketing and AI engine, and every engagement runs through it. Every piece of work is checked against your business’s own facts and voice before you see it. Every claim needs a source. Everything produced is a draft until a human approves it.
That is the discipline a large agency applies, without the large agency’s invoice, and it is the reason one person can offer a fixed price on work that used to need a department. The evidence standard on this website is the same engine pointed at ourselves.
The questions everyone asks.
If yours is not here, ask it on the call. We would rather answer it than have you guess at it.
Will AI replace my staff
Not the way we set it up, and if that is the goal we are the wrong people to ring. AI takes the repetitive work: drafting, chasing, formatting, answering the same question for the hundredth time. The people you already have get more time for customers and for the work that needs a human. Your team gets trained, not replaced.
Whether my customers’ information is safe
It is the first thing we sort rather than the last, and the rules above are the whole of it: checked business-grade tools only, configured so your data does not train anybody’s models, written authorisation for anything we touch, and plain-English rules your team keeps. If we cannot tell you where a piece of data goes, it does not go there.
Whether I need new computers or software
Almost never. We build on what you already run: your phone, your laptop, the accounts you already pay for. Where a tool is genuinely needed it is usually a modest subscription in your own name, and you will hear about the free alternative first if one exists.
What it costs
Get Found from AU$990, Sell More from AU$1,790, Get More Done from AU$2,490. One-off amounts with the scope spelt out before you say yes. Staying close afterwards is optional, from AU$149 a month, and you can stop it any time. No lock-in, no percentage of anything, and no surprises on an invoice.
What happens if it does not work for my business
We record where you started and measure at 90 days, so whether it worked is a number rather than an argument. If we do not believe we can move that number, you hear it before we take a dollar. Either of us can stop at any point, and there is nothing to unwind if you do.
Why not just use ChatGPT ourselves
You can, and for some jobs you should. We will tell you which ones on the first call, for free. What we add is knowing which jobs are worth it, setting the tools up safely inside how you already work, and training your people so it does not fizzle out after a fortnight. Generic AI gives generic answers, which is why most people try it once and stop.
The founding client program.
Six local businesses get their first engagement free. In return we measure everything, and with your written approval we tell the story: your name, your numbers, your words. Free means free. No card, no catch, and you can walk away at any point without owing anything.
Why we are doing it, plainly: the strongest thing that would increase an Australian small business owner’s confidence in AI is seeing a working example in a business like theirs, and we do not have one to show you yet. Six real results, measured properly, are worth more than any amount of copy on this website.
