Either works. The form opens your own mail app with the details filled in, so nothing is stored on this website and nothing goes through anybody else’s system.

Usually the same day. If it is going to be longer than that, you get a note saying so rather than silence, which is a rule we apply to ourselves before we sell it to anybody else.
